A retired police officer was charged as the alleged perpetrator of preterintentional homicide after causing the death of another former agent of the force by a blow with his fist. The unfortunate episode occurred in a dance hall near the Cordovan downtown, and the victim was transferred to the Caraffa Clinic, where he died this Wednesday.

Apparently, both partners were drunk and one brushed against the other, which led to the tragic fight. One of the investigators reported that it is not known if they were drunk, but one got angry because he said that the other had elbowed him on purpose. This caused one of the former agents to receive a fist in the face that made him fall and due to the impact with the floor he was left in serious condition due to a head injury.
