Parents, students, teaching staff and social leaders will join this Thursday in a symbolic and supportive embrace claiming for the state of the Roma School IPEM No. 10, located in Barrio Alto Alberdi of the Cordovan capital. The measure of force will be carried out demanding from the Ministry of Education “urgent responses for the lack of maintenance of the school.”
The Cordoban legislator of the Left Front, Luciana Echevarría, said “At the Roma school they haven’t had classes for two days due to lack of water and electricity. In addition, they haven’t had gas for 3 years. Neither has internet. There are broken doors and windows, walls in poor condition and a SUM that is falling apart”.
“Urgent responses are needed so that the right to education is truly guaranteed and the educational community is not put in danger,” the official published on her social networks.
The government’s abandonment of schools is unacceptable ❗
