Governor Juan Schiaretti and Minister Laura Jure presented the third edition of the Labor Insertion Program (PIL), whose main objective will be to cover 300 jobs in the technology industry.
The new edition of the PIL seeks to generate quality jobs in strategic productive sectors and improve the competitiveness of companies in the provincial territory.
Beneficiaries will be able to access job training for 20 hours per week where they will be trained in specific skills. They can thus become developers full stack juniora profile with a quick job opening and adaptable to the needs of companies with different types of technological products and services.
They will also be trained in testing, who verify and validate the functionality of a software program or application, and will work with the Python programming language. The other modality will be in-company training, where companies will present a specific 300-hour training proposal for their beneficiaries.
The Government of Córdoba, together with the companies involved, will allocate a stimulus of 28,000 pesos per month for the beneficiaries.
Registration for the companies will be open from June 3 to 23. Registration is done by entering the page of the Ministry of Employment Promotion and Family Economy. And from June 27 to July 22, companies with quota already assigned must inform applicants of the website or mail to send their resumes.
The requirements to be beneficiaries are: complete high school, basic digital knowledge and domicile in the province of Córdoba. There is no age limit and the company will select the candidates. The evaluation of the applications and subsequent notification of the results will take place from July 23 to 27, to start the training sessions from August 1.
