1.Omelette
You need 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. of milk, ham and cheese necessary amount, salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs and milk in a small bowl with a fork until well blended. Season with salt and pepper and incorporate perfectly. Spray a medium skillet with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into it; cover it up Cook over medium heat until mixture is firm.

2. Stir-fry with pasta
