The provincial government of Córdoba has implemented the “Protection of the Pregnant Woman and her Baby” program, which aims to provide comprehensive health care to pregnant or postpartum people without social work, as well as girls and boys under three years of age in the province.
This initiative seeks to promote access to health check-ups during pregnancy and guarantee personalized follow-up, especially in cases of high-risk pregnancies. Through this program, we seek to provide comprehensive care to pregnant people and ensure the well-being of their babies during the first years of life..

Enrollment in the program is done through a Single Applicant Form (FUP) through Ciudadano Digital level 1. People eligible to register are pregnant women without social security and residents in the province of Córdoba, as well as postpartum women up to 45 days postpartum.
Those who sign up will receive a series of benefits:
-Provincial allowance for pregnancy
In addition to facilitating access to health check-ups and protected shifts, the program contemplates an economic allowance per trimester of gestation, which is received from the moment of registration.
-Free urban and interurban transport ticket
Beneficiaries will also be able to access four free urban and interurban transport tickets per week, to be able to attend controls or carry out procedures related to pregnancy.
It will be necessary to pick up the corresponding card at the Transportation Secretariat.
-Fortified whole milk for the mother and trousseau delivery
Another of the benefits of the program is the delivery of fortified whole milk for the pregnant person, during all the months of the pregnancy from the registration, and a trousseau for the moment of delivery, with a series of useful elements for the first days of the mother and the baby.
This kit is delivered from the seventh month of pregnancy, and it is necessary to have completed all the controls to receive it.
