The National Government, through the Ministry of Public Innovation, launched “Tina”, the official virtual assistant that will offer automated help to carry out various procedures.
The chatbot was presented this Wednesday by President Alberto Fernández and the Secretary of Public Innovation, Micaela Sánchez Malcolm, and It is available in My Argentina, Argentina.gob.ar and WhatsApp through the number 11-3910-1010. There it has a green badge next to the name of the contact, as it happens with all authentic and verified accounts.
“Tina” offers information and the possibility of carrying out automated procedures in more than 200 national agencies throughout the country 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Its name derives from the digital profile Mi Argentina, and seeks to provide effective, simple, safe and inclusive solutions throughout the national territory. The chatbot does not make calls to users or request any type of sensitive information.

What is “Tina” used for?
Allows you to download documents and consult information available in the personal account of My Argentina, such as the Criminal Record Certificate, the Unique Certificate of Disability (CUD), the COVID-19 vaccination certificate for oneself and for the associated children; and shift information.
“Tina” also enables the referral to operators of each agency so that, if necessary, they can talk with citizens, answer queries and intervene in procedures that require the participation of a State worker.
Those who use “Tina” can obtain information and carry out procedures related to the following topics:
- – Health: information on vaccination, access to health, Covid-19.
- – Inclusion and rights: social services, social rates, scholarships.
- – Justice: Centers for Access to Justice (CAJ), legal advice.
- – Transparency: access to public information, open data, database registration.
- – genders and diversity: care for victims of gender violence and access to inclusion programs.
- – Formalities: access to shifts of the National System of shifts, processing of official documentation, digital credentials, retirement and pensions.
