Together for Change (JxC) rejected this Monday the request for impeachment of the president of the Supreme Court, Horacio Rosatti boosted by the president Alberto Fernandez when considering it a “desperate maneuver” which is part of “a new attack” against Justice.
“These desperate maneuvers against Justice show once again that the only objective of this government is the search for impunity,” Indian JxC through a statement. “… Just as they couldn’t with the judicial reform, the Attorney General and the expansion of the Court to 25 members, this time they won’t be able to either…”warned the opposition.
For that space, they indicated that the Government does not have “Empathy with what Argentines are suffering, they only care about them and their legal cases.”
“In a country where the only thing that grows is inflation, poverty, inequality, insecurity and where the quality of education deteriorates day by day, the only objective that keeps them awake on January 1 is to have a Justice subdued”, highlighted in the text.
The fight for the co-participation between the city of Buenos Aires and the provinces does not have an expiration date. On Sunday, the president Alberto Fernandez announced a new action against the supreme courtwhich ordered the transfer of 2.95% of co-participating funds to the Buenos Aires district by giving rise to the claim that had been initiated by the administration that leads Horacio Rodriguez Larreta.
