We show you two ideal proposals to enjoy these winter holidays in the open air: they are the Kempes Park and the Chateau Park. Both represent the largest green lungs of the capital, and are open to families from Cordoba and tourists who are visiting our province this winter break.
Open every day from 8 to 20. Free and free entry. Av. Cárcano s/n, B°Chateau Carreras.
The Kempes Park is located next to the Suquía River and the San Martín Urban Nature Reserve. Made up of 80 hectares, the green space has a path of more than 2,500 meters that allows you to appreciate part of the flora and fauna of our province.
In the heart of the property, there is also the Parque de los Deportes, a space dedicated to extreme and alternative sports.
You can also visit the Kempes Museum from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The space has a collection of more than 250 original objects related to the history of Cordovan sports. The experience includes the accompaniment of specialized personnel and a tour of the stadium, with access to the playing field and changing rooms.
General admission to the museum is $500 and $200 for children 6 to 12 years old. Retirees, children under 6 years of age, people with disabilities and students (proving said condition), free. It should be noted that on Wednesdays the entrance is free (as in all the museums that belong to the Province).

Open every day from 8 to 20. (Free and free admission. Av. Cárcano s/n, B°Chateau Carreras.
The Chateau Park is made up of 14 hectares of native forest, with native trees, herbaceous plants and shrubs. Visitors will find different green areas, inclusive children’s games and a pedestrian bridge that allows a tour at the height of the treetops.
In addition, there is a network of more than 5 kilometers of trails and you can access a garden that is one of the biggest attractions of the place.
Art has an important place in the Park, with a painting by Elian Chali made on the floor. There are 250 linear meters where people can step and, in some way, be part of the work.
Those who visit the place will also come across the old Chateau Carreras mansion, where the Center for Contemporary Art currently operates (closed for repairs at the moment).
