Guided tours in the San Jerónimo Cemetery
The General Directorate of Cemeteries of the Municipality of Córdoba invites citizens to participate in the free guided tours. Within the framework of the month of lovers, the cemetery located in the traditional Barrio de Alberdi will be the special setting to enjoy two proposals that will lead attendees to delve into love and not so loving stories.
Guided tours will be on Saturdays with free admissionin two hours.
“Love stories and not so love stories” is the two-hour tour, will allow attendees to discover the stories that have combined promises, betrayal, misfortune, unconditional and tragedy.
This tour is in the morning, at 9 hours and in the afternoon, at 16. Registration at 351-3940426.
Route “Loves and Heartbreaks”: The San Jerónimo Cemetery is the eternal witness of stories of couples and also of friends who forged the first institutions in Córdoba. The activity highlights the life of plastic artists and musicians who fell in love with La Docta and left their works for our enjoyment: the Funes sisters, David Carreras, the Minetti brothers, Purita Sister, Allio, Lesta, Barral, Piñero and other plastic artists. .
