WhatsApp has announced the arrival of new changes to its platform. Meta’s company will improve its version for Windows and macOS. At this point it is important to emphasize that WhatsApp finally has a native application for macOS in beta form. The new functions can begin to be noticed on our screens from today.
What are the changes coming?
The first change is linked to a faster loading of the application, WhatsApp web will begin to have an interface more similar to that of the mobile version. Likewise, the version for Windows computers will have support for voice calls of up to eight people, and video calls of up to thirty-two participants.

As for the version available for macOS, the company announces that it will be compatible with the latest Apple devices based on its own family of processors. In addition, it will have a completely renewed interface that is similar to that of the iOS version.
According to WhatsApp, these two new versions of the application will have the possibility of synchronizing with the rest of the devices in which the user’s personal account is open. However, for the moment, the only one that can be downloaded officially is the version for tablets from the Google Play Store and it is expected to be available soon in the Microsoft Store.
