The National Parks Administration reported this Monday that the reopening of the Devil’s Throat circuit of the Falls continues, after the flooding of the Iguazú River, and they estimated that the main viewpoint of the sector will be enabled as of this Wednesday.
After the gradual decrease that is currently observed in the flow of the upper Iguazú River, repair work on the footbridges of the Devil’s Throat Circuit continued in the Iguazú National Park for its reopening.
“Although the flow of the river registers a decrease in the level of its extraordinary flood, the safety conditions for the operators who carry out the tasks are decisive in that sector, so work is carried out in accordance with the safety protocols for carrying out of maneuvers”, assured from National Parks.
Meanwhile, the rest of the tourist services in the protected area continue to function normally.
