The judge of the Supreme Court of the Nation Juan Carlos Maqueda was run over this Saturday by a cyclist, in downtown Buenos Aires, and had to be transferred to the Fernández Hospital.
According to what Noticias Argentinas learned from police sources, the incident occurred around 3:00 p.m. in Suipacha at 1100, where the SAME staff decided to transfer the judge to the Fernández Hospital with a diagnosis of “minor trauma”product of the fall.
In addition, they specified that the East Flagrancy Unit, in charge of Dr. Suárez, is involved in the event, who initiated proceedings for “culpable injuries”.
